The 250 hybrid knife sharpener from Chef's Choice is a 3-stage sharpener that features the advanced hybrid technology that combines electric and manual stages with 100% diamond abrasives to quickly apply a super sharp and arch-shaped edge for 20 degree knives. The knife sharpener is designed to be used for both straight edge and serrated knives, kitchen and household knives, light sporting knives as well as pocket knives. Sharpening stages 1 and 2 are electric and stage 3 is for manual honing. All 3 stages feature 100% abrasives for the perfect sharpening result.
